Sabina Schebrak was born in Innsbruck and lives in Vienna, Austria. Originally trained as a language teacher and translator, she worked for many years as a cultural manager, networker and lecturer in the fields of communication, arts factories and international cultural exchange.
In 2003 she followed her passion and founded CultureWorks, a booking agency for exquisite sounds between contemporary folk, jazz and chamber music, dedicated to touring and concert production in Europe and beyond.
2013/14 curator for world music & jazz at mica-musicaustria, the Austrian Music Information Centre.
2016-2020 lecturer for music management at Danube University, Krems, Austria.
