Marked by Veronika Sz\u00e1sz\u2019s velvety voice, she creates a dreamy, mellow and memorable soundscape, lifting the listener a few feet off the ground. Their concertfilm was directed by two young wellknown directors: G\u00e1bor Reisz and B\u00e1lint Szimler. Inspired by the experimental folk music movement of the 1960s and \u201870s and giants of the genre such as Muzsik\u00e1s or the Seb\u0151 band, Mord\u00e1i debuted in 2018 with lead singer Soma N\u00f3v\u00e9\u2019s EP, \u201cN\u00e9pdalok\u201d (\u201cFolk songs\u201d). Their sound focuses on the dark aura of folklore, fuses it with drops of wildly experimental jazz and brings it to catharsis with powerful hard rock.
